Lemurs and Lorises
Lemurs and lorises are both primates, but they belong to different groups. Lemurs are native to Madagascar and are known for their large eyes and social behavior. They live in groups called troops and are primarily active during the day, foraging for fruits, leaves, and flowers.
Lorises, on the other hand, are found in Southeast Asia and Africa. They are nocturnal and have a slower, more deliberate movement. Lorises are known for their unique ability to move silently through the trees, which helps them avoid predators. Both lemurs and lorises are considered endangered due to habitat loss and hunting.
