Leg Pain
Leg pain refers to discomfort or soreness in any part of the leg, including the thighs, calves, and feet. It can result from various causes, such as injuries, muscle strains, or conditions like arthritis. Common symptoms include aching, cramping, or sharp pain, which may worsen with activity or prolonged sitting.
Treatment for leg pain often depends on the underlying cause. Rest, ice, compression, and elevation (known as the RICE method) can help alleviate symptoms. Over-the-counter pain relievers, physical therapy, and stretching exercises may also be recommended to improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
