Le Trianon
Le Trianon refers to two small palaces located in the gardens of the Palace of Versailles in France. The Grand Trianon, built in the 17th century, was designed by architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart and served as a retreat for King Louis XIV and his court. It features elegant architecture and beautiful gardens.
The Petit Trianon, constructed later in the 18th century, was commissioned by Louis XV for his mistress, Madame de Pompadour. It became a favorite residence of Marie Antoinette, who transformed its surroundings into a picturesque landscape. Both palaces exemplify the opulence of the French monarchy.
