Landgrave Louis VIII of Hesse-Rotenburg
Landgrave Louis VIII of Hesse-Rotenburg was a German nobleman born in 1719. He belonged to the House of Hesse and ruled the small territory of Hesse-Rotenburg, which was part of the larger Landgraviate of Hesse.
