Lady Jane Seymour
Lady Jane Seymour was the third wife of King Henry VIII of England and the mother of his only male heir, Edward VI. She was born around 1508 and married Henry in 1536, shortly after the execution of his second wife, Anne Boleyn. Jane was known for her gentle and kind nature, which endeared her to the king.
Tragically, Jane died just days after giving birth to Edward in 1537. Her death deeply affected Henry, who considered her his true wife. Jane was later buried at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, and she remains a significant figure in Tudor history.
