LGV
An LGV, or Large Goods Vehicle, is a type of vehicle designed for transporting goods. In many countries, LGVs are classified as vehicles over a certain weight, typically exceeding 3.5 tons. They are commonly used in logistics and freight transport, playing a crucial role in supply chains.
To drive an LGV, a special license is required, often referred to as an HGV license in some regions. This ensures that drivers are trained to handle larger vehicles safely and comply with regulations regarding road safety and load management.
