Kong Qiu
Kong Qiu, commonly known as Confucius, was a Chinese philosopher and educator who lived from 551 to 479 BCE. He is best known for his teachings on morality, ethics, and proper social relationships, which laid the foundation for Confucianism. His ideas emphasized the importance of family, respect for elders, and the value of education.
Confucius traveled throughout China, sharing his wisdom and gathering followers. His thoughts were recorded in the Analects, a collection of sayings and ideas attributed to him. Today, his teachings continue to influence Chinese culture and philosophy, as well as various aspects of governance and personal conduct worldwide.
