Koko Head
Koko Head is a volcanic tuff cone located on the southeastern coast of Oahu, Hawaii. It rises to an elevation of 1,208 feet (368 meters) and is a popular hiking destination, known for its steep trail that consists of over 1,000 steps made from old railway ties. The hike offers stunning views of the surrounding coastline and the Hanauma Bay nature preserve.
The area around Koko Head is also home to diverse flora and fauna, making it a great spot for nature enthusiasts. The summit provides panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the nearby Koko Crater, another volcanic formation that is often explored by visitors.
