King Abdulaziz
King Abdulaziz, also known as Ibn Saud, was the founder of modern Saudi Arabia. Born in 1876, he began his quest to unify the Arabian Peninsula in 1902, capturing Riyadh, his family's ancestral home. His leadership and military skills helped him consolidate various tribes and regions into a single nation.
In 1932, Abdulaziz officially declared the establishment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He ruled until his death in 1953, implementing significant reforms in governance, education, and infrastructure. His legacy continues to shape the political and cultural landscape of Saudi Arabia today.
