Kalasha language
The Kalasha language is a Dardic language spoken by the Kalasha people, who reside in the mountainous regions of northern Pakistan. It is primarily used in the valleys of Bumburet, Rumbur, and Birir. The language is part of the Indo-Aryan branch of the Indo-European language family and has unique phonetic and grammatical features.
Kalasha is an endangered language, with a declining number of speakers due to cultural assimilation and modernization. Efforts are being made to preserve the language and the rich cultural heritage of the Kalasha community, which includes their distinct traditions, festivals, and beliefs.
