Kabaddi
Kabaddi is a traditional contact sport that originated in South Asia. It is played between two teams, each consisting of seven players. The objective is for a single player, known as the "raider," to enter the opposing team's half, tag as many players as possible, and return to their side without being tackled.
The game is played on a rectangular court, and players must hold their breath while raiding, chanting "Kabaddi" repeatedly. Points are scored by successfully tagging opponents or by tackling the raider. Kabaddi is popular in countries like India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, and has gained international recognition through leagues and tournaments.
