Kübler-Ross
The Kübler-Ross model, developed by psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, outlines five stages of grief that individuals may experience when facing loss or terminal illness. These stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. The model helps to understand the emotional responses people go through during difficult times.
Each stage is not necessarily experienced in a linear order, and individuals may revisit stages multiple times. The model has been widely used in psychology and counseling to support those dealing with grief, loss, or significant life changes, providing a framework for understanding complex emotions.
