Juice Concentrates
Juice concentrates are products made by removing most of the water content from fresh fruit juice. This process results in a thick, syrupy liquid that is easier to store and transport. Juice concentrates can be reconstituted by adding water back, making them a convenient option for producing beverages without the need for fresh juice.
These concentrates are often used in various food and drink products, including soft drinks, fruit-flavored snacks, and jams. They retain much of the original fruit's flavor and nutrients, although some vitamins may be lost during processing.
