John Murray, 5th Duke of Atholl (1755-1830), was a Scottish nobleman known for his role in the management of the Atholl estate in Scotland. He succeeded his father, the 4th Duke, in 1774 and became a prominent figure in the Scottish peerage. The 5th Duke was also notable for his involvement in the British Army, serving as a major-general.
