Jerome Bonaparte
Jerome Bonaparte was the youngest brother of Napoleon Bonaparte, born on November 15, 1784. He served as the King of Westphalia from 1807 to 1813, a territory created by Napoleon in present-day Germany. Jerome was known for his efforts to modernize the region and implement reforms, although his reign faced challenges due to the ongoing conflicts of the Napoleonic Wars.
After the fall of Napoleon in 1815, Jerome lived in exile for many years. He returned to France later in life and became involved in politics, supporting the monarchy. Jerome Bonaparte passed away on June 24, 1860, leaving behind a legacy tied to his famous brother.
