Jay Van Andel
Jay Van Andel was an American entrepreneur and philanthropist, best known as the co-founder of the direct selling company Amway. Born on May 3, 1924, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he played a significant role in shaping the multi-level marketing industry. Alongside his business partner, Rich DeVos, Van Andel established Amway in 1959, which grew to become one of the largest direct selling companies in the world.
