Rich DeVos
Rich DeVos was an American entrepreneur and philanthropist, best known as the co-founder of the multi-level marketing company Amway. Born on March 4, 1926, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he played a significant role in building the company into a global enterprise. DeVos was also a prominent figure in the Orlando Magic, an NBA team he co-owned, contributing to the growth of professional basketball in Florida.
In addition to his business ventures, DeVos was known for his charitable work, supporting various causes through the DeVos Family Foundation. He focused on education, health care, and community development, leaving a lasting impact on many lives. DeVos passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 92.
