James III of Majorca
James III of Majorca was a king who ruled from 1324 to 1349. He was the son of James II of Majorca and became the last king of the Kingdom of Majorca, which was a part of the Crown of Aragon. His reign was marked by conflicts with the Crown of Aragon and struggles to maintain his kingdom's independence.
During his rule, James III faced challenges from both internal factions and external pressures. He attempted to strengthen his position by forming alliances and engaging in diplomacy. However, his efforts were ultimately unsuccessful, leading to the decline of the Kingdom of Majorca and its eventual incorporation into the Crown of Aragon.
