Ismail Enver
Ismail Enver was a prominent Ottoman military officer and politician, born in 1881. He played a key role in the Young Turk Revolution of 1908, which aimed to modernize the Ottoman Empire and restore the constitution. Enver became the Minister of War and was influential during World War I, leading the Ottoman forces against the Allies.
