Ikeda Terumasa
Ikeda Terumasa was a prominent Japanese samurai and feudal lord during the late Sengoku period. He was born in 1565 and served the Miyoshi clan, playing a significant role in the political landscape of the time. Terumasa was known for his military skills and strategic acumen, which helped him gain influence in the region.
After the fall of the Miyoshi clan, Ikeda Terumasa became a loyal retainer of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa shogunate. He was granted the domain of Okayama and became its first lord, contributing to the development and stability of the area during the early Edo period.
