IB (International Baccalaureate)
The International Baccalaureate (IB) is an educational foundation that offers a globally recognized curriculum for students aged 3 to 19. It aims to develop critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and a sense of global citizenship. The IB program includes four educational levels: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), and the Career-related Programme (CP).
The Diploma Programme is particularly well-known for its rigorous academic standards and is often pursued by high school students. It includes six subject groups and emphasizes research, community service, and personal development through the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) components.
