Primary Years Programme
The Primary Years Programme (PYP) is an educational framework designed for children aged 3 to 12. It is part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and focuses on developing the whole child, emphasizing academic, social, and emotional growth. The PYP encourages inquiry-based learning, where students explore topics of interest and engage in hands-on activities.
In the PYP, students learn through a transdisciplinary approach, integrating subjects like math, science, and language into meaningful units of study. The program promotes critical thinking, creativity, and international-mindedness, preparing students to become active, caring members of their communities and the world.
