Huascarán
Huascarán is the highest mountain in Peru, reaching an elevation of 6,768 meters (22,205 feet) above sea level. It is part of the Andes mountain range and is located in the Huascarán National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The mountain is known for its stunning glaciers and diverse ecosystems.
The peak is divided into two main summits: Huascarán Sur and Huascarán Norte. Climbing Huascarán is popular among mountaineers, but it requires technical skills due to its challenging conditions.
