Henry FitzRoy, 1st Duke of Richmond and Somerset
Henry FitzRoy, 1st Duke of Richmond and Somerset, was born in 1519 and was the illegitimate son of King Henry VIII and Elizabeth Blount. He was recognized by his father and given titles, including Duke of Richmond, which made him one of the most prominent figures in the Tudor court. FitzRoy was educated and groomed for leadership, reflecting the royal lineage he carried.
Despite his noble status, FitzRoy's life was cut short when he died in 1536 at the age of 17.
