Henry FitzRoy
Henry FitzRoy was the illegitimate son of King Henry VIII of England and his mistress, Elizabeth Blount. Born in 1519, he was given the title of Duke of Richmond and Somerset. FitzRoy was raised in the royal court and received a noble education, reflecting his father's status.
Despite his royal lineage, Henry FitzRoy's life was short-lived; he died at the age of 17 in 1536. His death was significant as he was the only acknowledged illegitimate child of Henry VIII, and his passing left the king without a legitimate male heir at that time.
