Henry FitzAlan, 11th Earl of Arundel
Henry FitzAlan, 11th Earl of Arundel, was a prominent English nobleman born in 1512. He was the son of Henry FitzAlan, 10th Earl of Arundel and inherited the title in 1544. As a member of the Arundel family, he played a significant role in the political landscape of Tudor England, serving under King Henry VIII and later Queen Mary I.
FitzAlan was known for his loyalty to the Catholic Church during the Protestant Reformation. He was involved in various political and military matters, including the Pilgrimage of Grace, a rebellion against the English Reformation. He died in 1580, leaving a legacy tied to the history of the English nobility.
