Hell Week
"Hell Week" is a grueling training period for candidates in the United States Navy SEALs selection process. It typically lasts for five and a half days and is designed to test the physical and mental endurance of participants. During this time, candidates face extreme physical challenges, including long runs, cold water exercises, and sleep deprivation.
The purpose of Hell Week is to identify those who can withstand intense pressure and adversity. Candidates work in teams, fostering camaraderie and resilience, while also facing individual challenges that push their limits. Successful completion is a significant milestone in the journey to becoming a Navy SEAL.
