Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata, is the fourth energy center in the body according to chakra philosophy. Located in the center of the chest, it is associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance. When balanced, the Heart Chakra promotes feelings of connection and empathy towards oneself and others.
This chakra is represented by the color green and is often symbolized by a lotus flower with twelve petals. It is believed that an open Heart Chakra enhances relationships and fosters forgiveness, while a blocked Heart Chakra may lead to feelings of isolation or emotional distress.
