HMS Gannet (1916)
HMS Gannet (1916) was a Royal Navy ship classified as a sloop. Built by Hawthorn Leslie and Company, she was launched on 18 March 1916 and served primarily during World War I. The vessel was designed for anti-submarine warfare and patrol duties, reflecting the naval strategies of the time.
After her commissioning, HMS Gannet operated in various roles, including escorting convoys and conducting anti-submarine patrols.
