Grat Dalton
Grat Dalton was an American outlaw known for his involvement in the Dalton Gang, a group of bank and train robbers active in the late 19th century. Born in 1861 in New York, he moved to Kansas with his family, where he later became involved in criminal activities alongside his brothers, including Bob Dalton and Emmett Dalton.
The Dalton Gang gained notoriety for their daring robberies, particularly the failed attempt to rob two banks simultaneously in Coffeyville, Kansas, in 1892. This event led to a violent confrontation with law enforcement, resulting in the deaths of several gang members, including Grat Dalton, who was killed during the shootout.
