Grand Duke Alexander Alexandrovich
Grand Duke Alexander Alexandrovich was a member of the Russian royal family, born on April 29, 1866. He was the second son of Emperor Alexander III and Empress Maria Feodorovna. Alexander served in the Russian military and held various ceremonial positions throughout his life, reflecting his noble status.
In 1894, he became the heir apparent to the Russian throne after the death of his father. However, he never ascended to the throne, as he died in 1934. His life was marked by the political turmoil of early 20th-century Russia, which ultimately led to the fall of the Romanov dynasty.
