Galouti kebabs
Galouti kebabs are a popular Indian dish, particularly known in the city of Lucknow. These kebabs are made from finely minced meat, usually lamb or beef, mixed with a blend of spices and herbs. The name "Galouti" means "melt in the mouth," which perfectly describes their tender texture.
Traditionally, Galouti kebabs were created for the aging Nawab of Awadh, who had lost his teeth and needed softer food. The kebabs are often served with parathas or naan and accompanied by chutneys and onions, making them a flavorful and delightful appetizer or main course.
