French Institutions
French institutions refer to the various organizations and structures that govern and manage the country of France. The main institutions include the President, the Parliament, and the Judiciary. The President is the head of state, while Parliament consists of two chambers: the National Assembly and the Senate. These bodies work together to create and implement laws.
Additionally, France has several administrative institutions that oversee public services and local governance. These include regional councils and municipal governments, which help manage local affairs. The Constitution of 1958 established the current framework for these institutions, ensuring a balance of power among them.
