Frederick IV
Frederick IV was a Danish king who ruled from 1699 to 1730. He was born on October 1, 1671, and was the son of Frederick III. His reign is noted for efforts to strengthen the Danish monarchy and improve the economy, although it faced challenges such as wars and financial difficulties.
During his rule, Frederick IV also focused on cultural development, promoting the arts and education. He was involved in the Great Northern War, which affected Denmark's position in Europe. His reign ended with his death on April 12, 1730, after which he was succeeded by his son, Christian VI.
