Francis Charles Seymour-Conway
Francis Charles Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford, was a British nobleman born on March 21, 1800. He was the son of Francis Seymour-Conway, 2nd Marquess of Hertford and Lady Elizabeth Seymour. The 3rd Marquess is known for his role in the British aristocracy during the 19th century and for his contributions to the family estate, particularly Hertford House in London.
He inherited the title in 1842 and served as a Member of Parliament before becoming a marquess. The 3rd Marquess was also involved in various cultural pursuits, including art collection, which reflected the interests of the Seymour-Conway family. He passed away on June 24, 1870.
