Forrest Mars Jr.
Forrest Mars Jr. was an American businessman known for his role in the candy industry. He was born on March 15, 1931, and was the son of Forrest Mars Sr., the founder of Mars, Incorporated, a global leader in confectionery and pet care products. Mars Jr. played a significant part in expanding the company's operations and product lines.
He was instrumental in the development of popular candy brands such as M&M's and Snickers. Under his leadership, Mars, Incorporated grew into one of the largest privately held companies in the United States. Forrest Mars Jr. passed away on July 1, 2021.
