Ferdinand II of León
Ferdinand II of León was a king who ruled from 1157 to 1188. He was born in 1137 and was a member of the House of Jiménez. Ferdinand is known for his efforts to consolidate power in the Kingdom of León and for his military campaigns against the Moors, which helped expand Christian territories in the Iberian Peninsula.
