F-Type Stars
F-Type Stars are a category of stars that are hotter and brighter than the more common G-Type Stars, like our Sun. They have surface temperatures ranging from about 6,000 to 7,600 degrees Celsius. Their color appears yellowish-white, and they are often found in the main sequence phase of stellar evolution.
These stars are typically larger than G-Type Stars, with masses between 1.0 and 1.4 times that of the Sun. F-Type Stars can have lifespans of several billion years, and they are known to host planetary systems, making them interesting targets for the search for extraterrestrial life.
