A-Type Stars
A-Type Stars are a class of stars characterized by their white to blue-white color and relatively high temperatures, ranging from about 7,500 to 10,000 Kelvin. They are known for their strong hydrogen absorption lines in their spectra, which indicates a significant presence of hydrogen in their outer layers. A-Type Stars are typically more massive than the Sun and can be found in various stages of stellar evolution.
These stars are often part of the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram, where they occupy a specific region between O-Type Stars and F-Type Stars. A-Type Stars have a relatively short lifespan, usually lasting around 1 to 2 billion years before evolving into giant stars or supernovae.
