Ericsson Globe
The Ericsson Globe is a large spherical arena located in Stockholm, Sweden. It serves as a multi-purpose venue for concerts, sports events, and exhibitions. Opened in 1989, it is one of the largest hemispherical structures in the world and can accommodate around 16,000 spectators.
The arena is part of the Stockholm Globe City complex, which includes other facilities like the Hovet and the Annexet. The Ericsson Globe is also known for its distinctive white exterior and is a prominent landmark in the city. It was renamed in 2018 after a sponsorship deal with Ericsson, a telecommunications company.
