Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang
Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang was a prominent figure in the history of the Qing Dynasty in China. Born in 1613, she was originally named Abahai and became the consort of Emperor Shunzhi. After his death, she played a crucial role in the governance of the empire as the regent for her son, Emperor Kangxi, who ascended the throne at a young age.
