Emperor Huan
Emperor Huan was the 12th emperor of the Han Dynasty in ancient China, ruling from 146 to 168 AD. He was born as Liu Zhi and became emperor at a young age after the death of his father, Emperor Xian. His reign is often noted for the influence of powerful court officials and eunuchs, which led to political instability.
During Emperor Huan's rule, the Han Dynasty faced various challenges, including corruption and internal strife. His reign saw the decline of central authority, as eunuchs gained significant power, leading to conflicts with the noble families and contributing to the eventual fall of the dynasty.
