Dylan Roof
Dylan Roof is an American man who gained national attention for committing a mass shooting at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina on June 17, 2015. During a prayer service, he opened fire, killing nine African American church members. Roof was motivated by racist beliefs and aimed to incite racial tensions.
