Dorado
Dorado is a constellation located in the southern sky, named after the Spanish word for "golden." It is best known for containing the bright star Achernar and the Large Magellanic Cloud, a nearby galaxy. The constellation is prominent in the southern hemisphere and is visible during the summer months.
In addition to its stars, Dorado is home to several deep-sky objects, including the Tarantula Nebula, one of the most active star-forming regions in the universe. The constellation was introduced in the 16th century by European explorers and is often depicted as a fish or a dolphinfish.
