Diphda
Diphda, also known as Beta Ceti, is a bright star located in the constellation of Cetus. It is classified as a yellow giant star and is approximately 96 light-years away from Earth. Diphda is notable for its brightness, making it one of the more prominent stars in the night sky.
The name "Diphda" comes from the Arabic word meaning "the fish's tail," reflecting its position in the Cetus constellation, which represents a sea monster. Diphda has a surface temperature of around 5,500 Kelvin and is about 20 times more luminous than the Sun, contributing to its visibility.
