Dinh Dynasty
The Dinh Dynasty was a Vietnamese dynasty that ruled from 968 to 980 AD. Founded by Dinh Bo Linh, it marked the first time Vietnam was unified after centuries of foreign domination. The dynasty established its capital at Hoa Lu and focused on consolidating power and promoting agriculture.
During its brief reign, the Dinh Dynasty implemented various reforms, including the introduction of a centralized government and military organization. However, it faced challenges from rival factions and was eventually overthrown by the Le Dynasty in 980 AD, leading to a new era in Vietnamese history.
