Dalton brothers
The Dalton brothers were a group of outlaws in the American Old West, primarily active in the late 19th century. The most famous among them were Bob Dalton, Emmett Dalton, and Grat Dalton. They were known for their bank and train robberies, which gained them notoriety in the region. The brothers operated mainly in Kansas and Oklahoma.
Their criminal activities came to a dramatic end in 1892 during a failed bank robbery in Coffeyville, Kansas. The incident resulted in a shootout with law enforcement, leading to the deaths of several Dalton brothers and their gang members. This event marked the decline of their criminal exploits.
