Czech Parliament
The Czech Parliament is the legislative body of the Czech Republic, consisting of two chambers: the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. The Chamber of Deputies has 200 members elected for four-year terms, while the Senate has 81 members serving six-year terms. Together, they are responsible for making laws, approving budgets, and overseeing the government.
The Parliament meets in the Palace of the Czech Republic in Prague. It plays a crucial role in the country's democracy, representing the interests of citizens and ensuring that the government operates within the law. The Parliament also has the power to ratify international treaties and approve constitutional changes.
