Cuban government
The Cuban government is a socialist state led by the Communist Party of Cuba. It operates under a one-party system, meaning that only the Communist Party can hold power. The government is responsible for all aspects of life in Cuba, including the economy, education, and healthcare, which are largely state-controlled.
Cuba's political structure includes a National Assembly, which is the highest legislative body, and a Council of Ministers that manages the day-to-day affairs. The President of Cuba, currently Miguel Díaz-Canel, serves as both the head of state and government, overseeing the implementation of policies and laws.
