Cub Leader
A Cub Leader is an adult volunteer who guides and supports a group of young children, typically aged 7 to 10, in a Cub Scout program. Their role involves planning activities, teaching skills, and fostering teamwork and friendship among the children. Cub Leaders help create a fun and safe environment where kids can learn about nature, community service, and personal development.
In addition to organizing meetings and events, a Cub Leader also collaborates with other leaders and parents to ensure a positive experience for all participants. They often encourage the children to earn badges and participate in outdoor adventures, promoting a sense of achievement and belonging within the Scouting community.
